Be Alert for Children Review and Giveaway CLOSED

Winner was #2, MommyFox.

Summer vacation has started for hundreds of thousands of children all over the country which means children will be outside in masses!  Our children ride bikes and play ball outside every single day that the weather permits and I know they aren't the only one's.  Every year, thousands of children are injured or killed by preventable accidents involving speeding and unaware motorist. Because of this, the creators of has created a sign to show motorists when children are at play!

The  bright yellow driveaway sign was created by Leslie Saba, a mother of 4, in hopes to get motorists to slow down and be alert to children at play.  We come from a neighborhood where there are dozens of children running around and playing in their yards and I have always been frustrated seeing cars come flying down the road. I put the sign up in the corner of my yard and saw a HUGE difference in motorists speed within hours of putting it up. It's large and bright enough so motorists can see it in plenty of time to slow down for your children.

What a great idea!  Anything to help keep our children safer is an awesome product to me!

One of you are going to win one of these great signs to help keep YOUR children safer!  I have made this giveaway simple to win!

Leave a comment on what you will do with this sign if you win!

Thanks for entering and good luck! Contest will end June 5th at 11:59 p.m.

*This is my honest and true opinion of this product that I was sent free of charge to review*

  1. we have an alley on the back of our house where kids (not just mine) like to play, but occasionally people drive through it. I would use it back there.

  2. Oh my! We have the biggest problem with car driving way too fast down our neighborhood street! I would love this!!! This would go right out in front of our house in the middle of the street!

  3. Speeding cars in a neighborhood is scary. It would be nice to alert them that they aren't the only ones using the road.

  4. I would give this to my best friend who has a 2 year old (and a 4 month old) They love to play outside but her 2 year old has no fear of danger, this would ease her fears a little when cars come into her court and Jaysen doesn't see them.

  5. We live in the 6th house in, on the road that is the only street in/out of our subdivision, and watch cars speed up and down our 25mph road - even the fed ex trucks, school busses! (yes school busses FLYING by) etc and are so nervous when we have our 2 yr old out there.

I'd love to win one of these signs - maybe they'd actually take notice if I put it out on the end of our driveway, just as when you put it in front of your house!

  6. I would put this in the street, where my children and others play- drivers have gotten really bad lately- driving up to 70 down our street! Most don't even slow down for the kids playing! INSANE!

  7. I would give this to my sister to help keep her kids safer. Her street is a bit busy!

  8. I would put it at the end of my driveway...where cars drive by way too fast!

  9. I would love to win this for my sister. She has four young children and there are a lot of little kids on her street. They always play in the road. I'd love to give cars some warning to watch for them. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  10. We live on a cul-de-sac so this would be wonderful for our neighborhood filled w/families. Jenprincess88 at yahoo dot com

  11. I love to put this out when the kids are riding bikes in front of the house!

  12. My dad has a busy street. We're always worried about our kids playing there, as well as the neighbors' kids too. Thank you.

  13. There is a bar/restaurant that just opened up around the corner from my house. The parking lot is tiny so there is overflow onto our street. People come tearing down the street all the time! I would love this for the end of our driveaway!
