Gifted Imaginations Preschool Prep DVD Review & Giveaway

There are a lot of great companies online for purchasing children's products but one of my favorites is Gifted Imaginations.  They have some really fun and unique toys and clothes for children of all ages from some of the greatest brands on the market!

We received 2 DVD"s from Gifted Imaginations from the Preschool Prep Series and were thrilled with the high-quality, educational content and totally impressed with the fun approach to help even very young children learn!

Meet the Numbers is an excellent way to get your little one to learn their numbers quickly and effortlessly! It comes with both an English and Spanish version and was created for children aged 9 months to 5 years. I love the characters that make up the numbers as they are very fun and colorful to keep small children's attention! Meet the Numbers is the winner of multiple awards including Dr. Toy's 10 Best Educational Products, The Best Baby Toys of 2005 from About.com, Creative Child Magazine's Preferred Choice Award, Film Advisory Board Award of Excellence and the iParenting Media Award! I can't wait until our baby gets a little bit older and he can start watching this video!  This would have been very helpful when our other kids were younger!

The 2nd DVD we received was Meet the Sight Words 1 and is PERFECT for our 5 year old right now as he prepares to go to kindergarten! 

Meet the Sight Words was created for kids aged 15 months to 6 years and teaches over 15 kindergarten sight words including a, and, for, have, he, I, in, is, it, of, play, said, that, the, to and you!  Our son really liked the "Play It" Feature where he could follow along as a story was read. Each word lights up as it is read so kids can see the word while they are hearing it which helps them learn better.  The Meet the Sight Words DVD has also earned several awards such as the Dr. Toy's 10 Best Educational Products Award, Creative Child Magazine's Preferred Choice Award, The Best Baby Toys of 2005 Award from About.com, iParenting Media Award, and the Top 7 Baby and Toddler Alphabet Learning Videos from About.com. 

Both of these DVD's were very impressive. I loved that they both held my 5 year old's attention and he actually liked watching them. Since receiving them he has watched them both several times. I love that he can pop them in our computer and watch them with the headphones and they are easy enough that he can start them himself.
