I'm always on the lookout for unique baby products. It always seems like when you go to Baby Showers, everybody brings the same things and the Mom-to-Be ends up with a bunch of stuff she will probably never use. Lullaby Babies is an awesome online shop that I fell in love with because of their beautiful and unique gifts!
They offered to send me a Personalized Lullaby CD for the baby and I was so surprised when it arrived! It was in an adorable case with a baby and Aiden's name on the front with the words "Every baby deserves their own lullaby."
Sweet and totally adorable, right?! So I thought, cute idea. Now Aiden has a lullaby CD with his name on it. That's really neat. Great gift idea.
Then I popped the CD in to give it a listen. I was listening to the first song and that's when I realized not only was it a CD with his name on it, the song was singing to him, "Sleep little Aiden." The song itself was so beautiful and touching that it actually brought tears to my eyes and the fact that it said his name was so adorable! I play it for Aiden every time he is sleepy and it just puts him right to sleep.
What an awesome gift idea!!

Update: Ok, so I've been playing the CD I won daily, multiple times. I got it for my 2 year old. Maybe that was cheating because he's not a baby. He LOVES being sung to. I was still nursing him, and wanted desperately to wean him since he didn't seem to want to wean on his own. Whenever he asks to nurse, I plop this CD in, and he loves it. It's helped so much! Since he loves it, he forgets all about nursing. I love how he sings with the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Thank you!
