Bistro MD Review & 5 Day Home Delivery Giveaway!

Never in history has obesity been more of a problem. Among contributing factors is the fact that we live in such a fast paced world that many people simply don't take the time to plan healthy menu options because we want everything fast and convenient. I personally have tried some of the different meals that are targeted to help people lose weight but quite honestly, many of those meals left a bad taste in my mouth....literally!!!  So what if I told you that you could receive restaurant quality meals, delivered to your door, that are not only healthy but also delicious?

We were recently sent a 5 day meal plan (plus snacks!) from Bistro MD and we were pleasantly surprised by the great selection of foods that were included and even more surprised by the great taste! Most frozen meals are not very appealing but with Bistro MD, that was not the case!  We received great meals that were cooked fresh and then sent frozen right to our door! It's no wonder that Dr. Phil calls Bistro MD the best Diet Home Delivery Food available!

We received great entrees like Broccoli and Beef, Roasted Salmon, Moroccan Chicken, Vegetable Chili, Thai Peanut Chicken, Chicken Mushroom Crepe, Stuffed French Toast, Turkey with Cranberry Quinoa, Chicken Breast and Spinach, Spinach Mushroom Crepe, Picadillo, Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin, and Chicken and Greek Lentils!!

We also received a variety of yummy snacks and drinks!!  From the entrees we have tried, my favorite is the Vegetable Chili! It came with a side of something called Native American Style Corn Pudding which I never would imagine I would even try, let alone like, but it was delicious!!  My husband's favorite was the Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin!

When the meals arrive from Bistro MD, they come completely frozen in dry ice. They are each inside a cardboard tray sleeve to prevent breakage. The snacks were in a top portion of the box so they arrived fresh and ready to eat, not frozen like the entrees.
