Tumzee Review and Giveaway

 Every parent knows that a baby needs Tummy time to develop muscles and fine and gross motor skills. Sadly, however, every baby does not enjoy tummy time. Our baby has hated being on his belly since he was born so tummy time quickly turned into fussy time at our house.  Now with the "Back to Sleep" movement, babies get less tummy time than ever before which makes it even more important for parents to carve out time during their day especially for this type of play. Thankfully, there is a new product on the market that is helping babies enjoy tummy time a little more called  Tumzee!

Tumzee is an amazing baby product that helps make your baby's tummy time a happy time!

Made from non-toxic EVA foam, Tumzee is a great way to encourage tummy time without making your baby uncomfortable or frustrated!  The unique design makes it impossible for your baby to roll or slide out of and encourages baby to explore the surrounding area and play with toys all while developing neck and back muscles!

TUMZEE has been designed for babies, from birth to crawling age. The unique design enables babies to be propped up on their stomachs on an incline, which helps reduce the frustration babies incur during this learning experience. Once babies are able to roll over they do not spend any time on their tummies anymore and TUMZEE allows them to spend time on their stomach without rolling over or getting out of it. It also has a "T" support which will keep them from sliding down. Since they are propped up they are able to see the surrounding environment and play with toys developing neck and back muscles as well.

What we think:

Our baby loves Tumzee! We are able to get his 30 minutes of tummy time in every day without him crying and being uncomfortable. Generally when we lay him on his belly he immediately rolls over to his back and with Tumzee, he can't do that so we know he is getting plenty of quality tummy time to help him develop essential skills he needs! Love it!
