Yummy Cake Recipe!!!

Ok you all have known me long enough now to know that I only make things that are quick and easy!  A week or 2 ago, I shared a post with you about Mabels Meals and if some of you took advantage of the years worth of menu's, you will have already seen this recipe but if not, here you go! I thought it was way too easy and WAY too yummy not to share!

What you need:

1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
1 Small Can of Sweet and Condensed Milk
1 Stick of Butter

What you do:

Make the cake mix as directed on the package.

Melt the stick of butter and mix it together w/ the sweet milk right before the cake is done baking.

As soon as the cake is out of the oven, quickly poke it 10-12 times. I used a fork.

Quickly pour the mixture over the cake and through the holes you poked into it. The mixture will run down through the holes into the middle of the cake.

Easy Peasy!  And sooooo tasty!  I am not usually a traditional cake fan but this cake is really good, especially since you don't have to mess with frosting it!  My Mom gave me a cool bundt cake pan that we used for ours so we made it yummy and pretty! It was sweet and moist and all around yum-o!  We ate it warm and the kids said it tasted like coffee cake. It did remind me of a cake we would have for breakfast!
