Super Easy and Fun Halloween Treats!!!

It's a cold, rainy day here in Ohio so I thought I would take advantage of the yucky weather to share a couple fun and easy recipes you can make with the kiddos. These require very little effort and very few ingredients but are oh so cute and yummy!

Mummy Dogs

1 package of breadstick dough (8 breadsticks or 11 ounces)
1 package hot dogs
Mustard and Poppy Seeds

Preheat Oven to 375. Using 1 dough strip for each, wrap hotdogs to look like mummies, leaving opening for eyes!! Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.

Place dots of mustard and poppy seeds for eyes and enjoy!!!

Ghost on a Stick

4 Medium Sized Pears, stems removed
9 squares almond bark
Mini Chocolate Chips
Popsicle Sticks

Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Insert sticks into stem ends of pears. Melt bark according to package directions. Dip each pear into bark, spooning over top to coat evenly. Place aside on waxed paper and leave for 1 minute. Add chocolate chip eyes. Repeat for other 3 pears.  Refrigerate until firm! And enjoy!

This is a great time of year for recipes using pears!

Your kids, grandkids, etc. will LOVE you for these 2 yummy (and easy!) treats.
