Watergate Salad.......Quick and Yummy recipe!

My husband is now back home (YAY!) and yesterday we cooked a wonderful meal together. I have been craving blackberry cobbler so I was so excited to finally make it. Well, I told you I am a terrible cook. *lol* I had no clue that there was a difference between self-rising and all-purpose flour. Needless to say, it ended up disgusting and ruined and we were left without a dessert to go with our delicious dinner.

Watergate Salad

Ingredients:

One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 Cup mini marshmallows
1 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 Small Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
8 Ounces Whipped Topping

Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and chill until you are ready to eat! This has to be the simplest and yummiest dessert ever! It literally took us one minute to throw it all together and mix it up and it was really a treat! I am almost glad I ruined the Blackberry Cobbler. Ok, I won't go that far! *lol*  Enjoy!

  1. This salad is awesome! My family has this every year for the holidays for as far back as I can remember. If you have never tried this before, I recommend you give it a try!
