Where is the time going?!

March? Already? You have got to be kidding me!!!  How on Earth can it possibly be almost SPRING already?! I have always said the older you get, the faster time goes but this is getting ridiculous!!!  I know I haven't been blogging  as much as before but that is getting ready to change. I have just had a lot of stuff going on in my life and I have had to learn to prioritize a little bit better. Life has a way of sneaking in some curve balls at ya' when you aren't expecting them, I am sure some of you definitely understand!  We have started Spring Cleaning and one of the things I have been on the lookout for is computer desks for home.  My work area is so small that I can hardly do anything functional on it anymore. Every time I go to work on the computer, the baby does everything he can to destroy everything underneathe.  *lol* He has taken the printer apart and pulls on the cords. He grabs the mouse from me and puts it up to his ear like a telephone. I just need something bigger that cna hide some of this stuff away!!!!

My oldest son is turning 9 in a couple of weeks. I noticed this year he is doing a LOT more computer work than in the past so I thought about buying him one of those Netbooks for his birthday. Have any of you ever had one or had any experience with them? I know they are very small and most come with low memory and no cd drive but I think it would be functional for what he would use it for.....researching for school projects on the internet and playing games most likely. He is getting so hard to buy for, I just think something like this would be practical that he could actually use rather than another toy that is going to get thrown into a toybox and never touched again.

He also starts Spring Soccer today! Practices start today and games in just a few more weeks. This is our first time playing in this league and I am a little nervous about the distance of some of his games. One of the games is on a Thursday night (A school night) and is an hour and 40 minutes away! *GASP* This is the farthest one and it's the only time we play at this field but HOLY COW! That is a long way to go on a school night for a 9 year old to play one game of soccer! The majority of his games are 30 minutes away but there are a couple more that are an hour to an hour and a half away from home. If hubby starts this new job, it is going to be left up to me to cart all 4 kids to the games and THAT just doesn't sound appealing to me at all, especially with a baby in tow. On top of that, Emma wants to sign up for softball and Josh wants to do t-ball. I think I better start working out or something because I am going to need to turn into Super Mom very quickly!!!

Any of you have anything exciting going on? I feel like it's been awhile since I have talked to any of you so I feel out of the loop!
