Easy Ham Recipe from Hormel Foods

My husband and kids LOVE ham so I have been looking for a new recipe!!!  My usual recipe is just to buy the ham and use the packet of glaze that's in it but after browsing the Hormel Recipes page, I found that they have a ton of great recipes that are worth giving a try!  The following is an easy ham recipe that my family gave 2 thumbs up!!!

Ale and Apple Glazed Ham




Ingredients:

1 Cure 81® Boneless Spiral Ham, sliced

1 (6-ounce) package glaze from spiral ham

1 (12-ounce) bottle MICHELOB® amber bock dark lager beer

1/4 cup apple butter

2 teaspoons Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard

Directions:

1.In baking pan, place ham; set glaze packet aside. Pour beer over ham. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

2.Bake ham according to package directions; drain juices from pan.

3.Prepare glaze packet according to package directions. Stir in apple butter and mustard. Drizzle glaze over ham; let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Place ham on serving platter; garnish as desired.
