Easy, Sassy Deviled Eggs Recipe from Hormel Foods

You can't go to a barbecue around here without deviled eggs showing up somewhere so I found a great new recipe to try from Hormel Foods! These are very refreshing for those end-of-summer parties!

Sassy Deviled Eggs


6 hard-cooked large eggs

2 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise


1.Halve eggs lengthwise; remove yolks. In small bowl, combine egg yolks, salsa, sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.

2.Fill each egg white half with egg mixture. Garnish as desired with fresh chives and additional salsa.

How easy is that?!
