I know I mentioned in another post awhile back that it was soccer season and we have all 3 of the big kids playing this year. It officially kicked off last night with our first practices of the season and all I can say is TOTAL CRAZINESS!!! Our 9 year old had practice at 5:15, our 6 year old had practice at 6:15 and our 8 year old had practice at 7:15!!!! That was over 3 hours straight spent at the soccer fields with an 18 month old in tow! Talk about hectic. By time we got home last night, it was already getting dark and I was seriously not prepared for that kind of night. Poor hubby is pulling a 7 day week at work with 12 hour shifts so he was exhausted too. Pretty sure we all just came home and collapsed! It is definitely going to be a loooooooooooong couple of months until Soccer season ends! With hubby's schedule, he will miss a lot of the games so I will be "Single Momming" it for the most part, which I have to say..... I totally admire all of you single Mom's because I really don't know how you do it! But, I love watching my kids play sports so it's definitely worth it. Poor little Joshy is definitely the tiniest little guy on his team........most of the other kids are at least a head taller than him. lol But boy is he quick!!!! There's a lot of guts packed into that little package!!! This is his first year and I am so looking forward to getting to watching him play!! He's so stinkin cute!
Now I have the fun task of going through all 3 schedules and charting them to see how crazy it's really going to be. FUN TIMES!
