Yummy Skinny Dip from Hormel Foods

Carry-in's are fun but not if you have to spend hours preparing foods. That is why I love quick and easy recipes that I can throw together in a matter of minutes and be on my way! I recently found a recipe from Hormel Foods for a dip that is pretty close to something I have made before. I had forgotten about this yummy recipe so I was excited to try it again! The recipe that I make uses tortilla chips with the dip but I found that fresh vegetables from the market also go awesome with this dip so you get kind of a 2-for-1!

Skinny Dip

Ingredients:

1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild

1 cup reduced-fat sour cream

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Tortilla chips

Directions

1.In medium bowl, combine salsa, sour cream and cilantro, if desired; mix well. Serve with chips.

This dip is soooooooo yummy and you can't get something quicker or easier to make. It also takes only a few ingredients so it's affordable too!
