Another Easy Breakfast Biscuit Recipe

Breakfast Biscuits are so quick and easy to make and eat so I am loving all of the great recipes I have found on the Hormel Foods recipe site! This is an other quick and easy one that I am pretty sure your family will love!

Breakfast Biscuit



Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups baking mix

2/3 cup milk

1 (10-ounce) package Little Sizzlers® Sausage Patties

6 eggs

6 slices processed American cheese

Directions

1.Heat oven to 450°F.

2.In bowl, stir together baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut 6 rounds from dough with 3-inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on baking sheet.

3.Bake biscuits 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

4.Cook sausage patties according to package directions; drain.

5.In skillet, fry eggs until whites and yolks are firm.

6.Split biscuits; place 1 slice cheese, 1 sausage patty and 1 egg between biscuit halves to make 6 sandwiches. Bake sandwiches 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, if desired.

So easy. So good.
