Bacon Breakfast Casserole Recipe

I am actually surprised at how well the new school year has gotten off to! It has been a bit hectic with all 3 of the older kids in soccer but as far as getting back into routine goes, I think we are doing pretty good so far!!!  I hope you all have enjoyed the breakfast ideas from Hormel Foods that I have been posting throughout the month!!!  I have gotten a lot of messages and feedback on Facebook that you all have tried some of them and I am so glad!!!!

Here is another one that I think will be a big hit. Seems really easy!

Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

2 (10-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

2 cups milk

8 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 (2.1-ounce) package Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, coarsely chopped

Directions

1.Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

2.In casserole, whisk together soup and milk. Gently fold in eggs and bacon.

3.Bake casserole 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Easy enough...even for me!
