Bewitching Hot Pepperoni Cheese Dip

Hormel Foods hasn't forgotten about the biggest holiday in October-Halloween! Check out this recipe for Bewitching Hot Pepperoni Cheese dip! It will have you howling for more!!

Bewitching Hot Pepperoni Cheese Dip


1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese with chives and onion

1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni, finely chopped

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper

2 tablespoons CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


1.Makes 1 3/4 cups.


1.In small saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. Cook over over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, 4 to 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in shredded cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

2.Serve warm dip with cut-up fresh vegetables or breadsticks.
