Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Recipe

Everybody knows I am "baking challenged."  It's no secret. I have a hard time getting any type of baking recipe to come out, especially cookies. So I was SOOOOOOOOOOO excited to get this new book, The Ultimate Cake Mix Cookie Book. It contains over 375 recipes for cookies and they all begin with a BOX OF CAKE MIX! That means no measuring flour and sugar and there's no chance of me mixing up the baking powder and the baking soda. HA!

The kids and I love Peanut Butter Blossoms but I can never get them to turn out good so we tried the recipe in this book. Not only were they DELICOUS but they were so easy to make and I didn't mess them up at all!!!  It was so great that I just had to share!

What You Need:

1 18.25-ounce package of yellow cake mix
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 large egg
Hershey's Kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and egg together in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes until blended.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 9-12 minutes or until light brown around the edges. Immediately push a kiss flat side down into the center of each cookie! Transfer with spatula to cool and ENJOY!!!!!!

Let me know if you try them!!!
