Bacon and Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean Casserole is a staple at our Thanksgiving meal but I will admit...I am not a fan. I find it boring and unappealing. BUT, I just found a new recipe worth giving a shot on the Hormel Foods recipe site! I love how you can search their site according to skill level so I know that all of these recipes are easy enough for even me! HA!


Bacon and Green Bean Casserole




Ingredients:

2 (16-ounce) cans green beans, drained

1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup milk

1 (2.8-ounce) can French-fried onion rings, divided

1 (3-ounce) jar Hormel® Real Bacon Bits, divided

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1.Heat oven to 350°F.

2.In medium bowl, stir together beans, soup, milk, 1/2 each of onion rings and bacon bits and the pepper. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3.Bake casserole 30 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 of onion rings and bacon bits. Bake 5 minutes longer.
