Jack's Pizza Giveaway Ends 12/28

We here at the Crazy House love pizza so we were really excited that we recently had the opportunity to try out some Jack's pizza!!!

About Jack's Pizza:

In 1960, in the small town of Little Chute, Wisconsin, a man named Jack had a vision to create the perfect pizza...JACK’S® Pizza was born! Back then, pizzas were handcrafted with the perfect combination of meats, sauce, and cheeses. Jack started his pizza kitchen in the family garage and delivered the pizzas using the family car, a 1949 Plymouth with one bucket seat. Yes, times were pretty simple back then and JACK’S Pizza was just one of life’s simple pleasures. Today, JACK’S strives to continue the tradition that began in 1960 to provide pizza lovers everywhere the same great quality and taste they deserve. Taste a slice of the Midwest! Taste JACK’S!  You can find JACK’S® Pizza at your local grocery, drug and convenience stores, as well as at select Sam’s Club stores.

We were really excited when our package came in the mail......it had everything we needed to have our own pizza party including a coupon for free pizza, a pizza cutter, plates, napkins and even a Jack's t-shirt!  When I told the kids we were going to have a pizza party, they were super excited and even went to the store with me to pick out our pizza!

We got our Jack's pizzas from our local Wal-mart and they had several varieties to choose from! We ultimately chose 2 pizzas, the Naturally Rising Cheese Pizza and the Naturally Rising Pepperoni Pizza. We chose these two because we have had the original Jack's pizzas before but never the Naturally Rising so we wanted to try something new!!! We also saw a half-n-half pizza which is going to be on our list in the future. It was half cheese and half pepperoni which would be perfect for us!

I like to always include fruits and veggies on our menu, even when we are having pizza so we had pizza, salad and fruit for our Jack's pizza party!!

And what did we think?

The Jack's pizza was definitely yummy!!!  I loved the crust and it had the perfect amount of toppings on it. I guess the kids must have agreed because both pizzas got gobbled up really quickly!!!  There wasn't too much sauce and there was plenty of cheese and the pizza cooked in under 20 minutes. We like our cheese browned so after the pizza was done I just flipped it over to broil for another minute to get the cheese just perfect!!!!

We are definitely looking forward to trying out more of Jack's Pizza!!!

  1. Did the winner claim this? (Asking because my name on rafflecopter is Amanda L and apparently ALL emails from blog contests I've gotten since November have hit my spam folder.) The email address it would have listed would have been astevenson at gmail...
