Joovy Tricycoo Giveaway Ends 12/18

Christmas is right around the corner and we wanted to get our little guy something he could ride around on but he isn't quite big enough for a tricycle yet because his short little legs just won't reach the pedals.....and then I remembered seeing this awesome ride called the Tricycoo from Joovy and I knew we had to have it!!!

About the Tricycoo

The Tricycoo can be used for children as young as 18 months and is a perfect way to introduce your child to balance and coordination, one step at a time. The concept is that your child doesn't need to steer, pedal or balance on their own...they simply enjoy the fun and independence of their first tricycle while you guide them with the removable parent push handle.  When the handle is engaged, the parent push handle overrides the steering on the Tricycoo and it has 4-positions, being adjustable from 32.5 to 38 inches!!

While your child is getting used to the idea of balancing and holding on to the handlebars, the front wheel pedals can be unlocked; this allows the pedals to spin freely without force and “go” without the need to pedal. The removable ‘baby surround arms’ safely enclose your child on the seat and the fold down footrest gives more stability to the child when riding. This gives them confidence and support while they perfect their balancing.

The Joovy Tricycoo is first class all the way – unlike most tricycles with blow-molded wheels, the Tricycoo sports injection-molded wheels with urethane treads. Parents love these wheels because they roll quietly on most floors. For additional fun, the Tricycoo is equipped with a bell on the handlebar and a large rear basket for take- along play. The Tricycoo frame is constructed of steel and it supports a child up to 44 pounds.

When your child masters the first phase on the Tricycoo, you’ll be ready to remove the parent push handle, ‘baby surround arms’ and fold up the footrest. The front wheel pedals can be locked to allow the child to pedal using their own power. Now you can smile and watch as your child pilots their Tricycoo all by themselves.

Assembly is required.

And what do WE think?

Ahhhhhhh. I love love love the Tricycoo. Er, I mean our son does. Seriously though, we put it together in the morning before our little guy got up and when he came out and saw it, he went crazy. He wasted no time at all and hopped right on and says to me, "GO!"

My favorite part about the Tricycoo is the value. You pay $99 for a product that is going to grow with your child for a long time and not only that but Joovy has made sure that they built the Tricycoo with products that are going to last!  I have full confidence that Aiden is going to get to enjoy his Tricycoo for a long time! After he gets a little bigger, we will remove the push bar and he will be able to ride it on his own and I love that!!!

I also love the fact that the parent push bar is adjustable......sometimes when we go to the park, our daughter likes to push Aiden around and this makes it perfect because we can adjust the height so she can comfortably push him and then it's easily adjusted when she decides she has something better she would rather do.

I will say...when they write that "Assembly is required" they aren't kidding. When I opened it up and saw all the pieces, I decided I had better wait until the next day when my husband was off work so he could tackle it. He had it together in no time at all, but my husband is also very good at this type of thing....I am sure I could have done it but it would have taken me much longer!!!

The finished product was well worth the wait though!!!

I think every toddler needs his/her own Tricycoo!!  This ride looks amazing under the Christmas Tree!!!
