My husband and I officially mastered Week 1 of Dr. Ian's SHRED diet and we are now nearly halfway through week 2 already! Week 2 has been much like week 1 except the calorie allowance in the smoothies and protein shakes went from 300 to 250. This was totally ok though since most of ours are already around the 200 mark! I am also excited to see some new foods coming into the diet this week. Tonight we had the option from 2 different meal plans, one being lasagna!!! We haven't eaten any pasta so far on this diet so I am looking forward to supper tonight! LOL I can honestly say that both my husband and I are feeling really good right now, totally motivated and we are still losing weight. I told Nick that we can't weigh ourselves until Day 1 of week 3 so we will see how that goes :) I officially lost 7 pounds in week 1 and Nick lost 12. Ecstatic to see what the end of Week 2 looks like.
