Easy Lemon Pepper and Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Easter is around the corner and if you are going to be hosting any type of get together, you are probably already working on the menu. If you are looking for a quick and easy recipe that will have your guests coming back for seconds, consider this easy pork tenderloin recipe! I love Hormel's Always Tender line of meats because they are so convenient and they offer so many varieties. They actually sell a lemon garlic tenderloin that my family loves but when I went to the store this week to pick up my meat for the week, they were all out so this is how this recipe was inspired! I just bought a plain pork tenderloin and added a few ingredients and what we ended up with was even better than what we expected.  So without making you drool any longer, here is the recipe so you can make one of your own!

Easy Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin

1 Hormel Always Tender Pork Tenderloin
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp. each salt and pepper
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced

In a resealable plastic storage bag, combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and shake.

Add the pork. Turn over to coat both sides and reseal bag.

Refrigerate overnight (or as long as possible if you don't have all night)

Right before you are ready to cook, drain and discard the marinade.

You can bake or grill your pork tenderloin. Grill over medium heat around 15 minutes on each side OR bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45-60 minutes or until juices run clear and meat thermometer reads 160 degrees!

Serve on a plate with your favorite veggies for the perfect healthy dinner!
