Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Even though we will be hosting our family Easter dinner at our home this year, it is still a group effort. We usually finalize our menu a couple of weeks before the holiday and then we decide who is going to bring what. There are so many great dessert recipes to pick from but we usually have some kind of pudding or jello dessert, a cake and then some kind of candy or sweets. I have been experimenting with poke cakes and I think I have decided to make the Banana Pudding Poke Cake for our dessert contribution. My Mom has been experimenting with the candy and cookies and I was lucky to be around to "sample" her creations this week. One of the things she made was Peanut Butter Fudge and I couldn't believe how easy the recipe was! It is not her usual recipe but nevertheless, it was still super easy and the fudge was super yummy! I am watching what I eat so I have been steering clear of sweets but I didn't need much more than a little piece of this yummy stuff to be satisfied. 

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge 


2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter

* Bring sugar and milk to a boil and continue boiling for 2 1/2 minutes.
* Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
* Once you have it all mixed together, pour into a pan to set. If you want thinner fudge, use a 13x9 pan. If you want thicker fudge, use a 9x9.

Super easy, super quick and did I mention super yummy???
