Mom Works Out



If you are a regular reader of this site, you already know that I have been working SUPER hard to get healthy and fit this year. I set a goal weight loss for 2013 of 60 pounds. At first that number seemed so far away but after just a few months, I am already halfway there and and I could not be thrilled. I am overly excited, elated, motivated but most of all inspired to continue on this journey to be a better ME!  This is why I am so super excited to be launching a brand new site in a couple of weeks! That's right. I am the new owner of MomWorksOut.Com!!! I am working really hard to get some good content on the site right now before we start promoting it in a couple of weeks. We hired a great designer to give us an awesome site and I sure hope you will hop over and join me here in a couple of weeks when the entire site goes live. You can read a little bit on there now but it's just a generic layout since the page is still being designed but once it's up and running, I am sure you will find something great that will inspire you too! I plan to have the site full of healthy recipes, great workouts, awesome products and real weight-loss stories from other Moms around the globe! Our first month's lineup is going to be great so make sure you bookmark us now and like the Mom Works Out Facebook Page too so you will be the first to know when we are totally live!

We want this to be YOUR page too so if you have anything you would like to submit for consideration on the Mom Works Out website, shoot me an email at sarahlewis06@aol.com! We are accepting anything that has to do with health, beauty, weight-loss, healthy recipes, etc. If you have a weight loss story of your own, we would also love to feature you in one of our upcoming reader spotlights!
