It's warming up and Summer will be here before we know it so I have been gathering all of my favorite summertime recipes up. My kids would eat a case of popsicles a day if I would let them so I prefer to make fresh fruit pops whenever I have the time. Our favorite hands down is strawberry! These are way better than the one's you can buy in the store and they are way better for you. The good thing about these is that you can make them however you would like to make some super delicious combinations. This Strawberry fruit pop recipe is our "go-to" recipe. Add a banana and you have delicious banana strawberry pops. Add a couple kiwis for super yummy kiwi-strawberry pops. The sky is the limit!
Healthy Strawberry Fruit Pops
1/3 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 Pint of Strawberries
2 Tsp. Agave Syrup, honey or sugar
Puree strawberries in blender. After blended, add the yogurt and sweetener. Pour into popsicle molds and cover with plastic wrap. Put sticks through the center of each pop and place in the freezer. Once they are completely frozen, run under warm water to get the pops out of the molds.
