The Body Archer

It was just a few months ago when I made the decision that 2013 was going to be the year that I would finally get back into shape. I had no idea how much work it would take to accomplish this and I didn't know where to begin but I knew that I had to start somewhere. I started eating healthier and
working out on a regular basis and I really started feeling good. It wasn't long before I had lost nearly 30 pounds, halfway to my goal! Unfortunately after that, things went downhill. I suffered an injury to my left hip and that has left me so stressed out. After visiting multiple doctors who told me my hip looks fine, I came home feeling defeated and hopeless because I didn't know where to go next. Then one day, The Body Archer showed up on my front doorstep and things have only gotten better since!

The Body Archer is a stretching and fitness device that was designed by a certified massage therapist. When I opened it up to check it out for the first time, I read that it was designed to help you stretch, strengthen, relax and rejuvenate your body. I don't know any mom who wouldn't benefit from that so I was so excited to try it out.

I will admit. I have never heard of body arching so I was really curious about what it is and what the benefits are. According to the website, Body Arching is a combination of spine stretching and core strengthening exercises that increase your flexibility, improve your joint health and posture and leave you feeling invigorated. I had been going to a chiropractor and massage therapist prior to receiving The Body Archer and I really liked the benefits of both therapies so I definitely wanted to try this out. If I could get similar benefits in the comfort of my own home, this would definitely be the product for me! Stretching the entire body is SO important to our health and The Body Archer is the perfect solution to make sure you are doing just that! Not only that though, it also offers relief to those that might suffer from tightness or pain in the back and in other areas of the body.

What did I think?

I was really happy to see that The Body Archer was going to be simple to use. It came with a nice booklet of different exercises and stretches that can be done and it also led me to their website where I found even more great ideas on how I could use The Body Archer. The website has the exercises divided up to so over the past few weeks, I have focused on mastering all of the beginner exercises so I can move on to the more advanced! I can honestly say that I LOVE The Body Archer. I wake up every morning with tightness and pain in my lower back so I make it a priority to use The Body Archer within the first 5 minutes of waking up. It is an amazing way to wake up my body and get rid of that stiffness and pain that I somehow get through the night. Within minutes, I feel awake and energized to start my day. Often times I will come back later in the day to do some of the core strengthening exercises and to help avoid that afternoon crash I always seem to suffer from in the afternoons!

I have seen a HUGE improvement in my body in just a few weeks. I quit going to the chiropractor because I feel like I am getting the same benefits out of The Body Archer that I was getting from the chiropractor. My back feels so much better and I can feel my core getting stronger every day. I have even noticed a relief in the pain from my hip. Last week I had to go to the Doctor for a checkup and she asked me to bend down and touch my toes. I did what she asked and she replied to me, "Wow! You are really flexible and limber!" I think I have The Body Archer to thank for this great flexibility that I haven't seen since my younger 20's. I have also greatly improved my posture by ditching my computer chair and replacing it with The Body Archer. It's a great way to make sure I am using good posture while working on the computer.

Aside from the health benefits, I also love how The Body Archer is made to fit right in with your decor so you don't have yet another fitness device to try and store somewhere. You have the option between dark or light wood and you can choose between several colors of vinyl. I have the blue which I really love. It goes perfect with my decor so I can leave it out and use it whenever I get time.

If you are looking for a wonderful way to get your body feeling good again, I fully recommend The Body Archer. Check out their website at BodyArcher.Com to read up on more of the benefits and be sure to "like" them on Facebook! I just saw they posted a giveaway where you can have the chance to win one of your own!!!
