Best Infant Car Seats 2013

Planning for a new baby is a HUGE deal and most new parents are completely overwhelmed when it comes to buying the essentials. An infant car seat is probably one of the most important purchases parents will make and if you are like us, you will agree that comfort and safety are of utmost importance. We have compiled a list of the top infant car seats that we feel are the best of the best for 2013. We chose these from personal experience and reviews from other members of our review community.

Combi Shuttle Infant Car Seat: We are in love with the design and ease of use of the Shuttle infant car seat from Combi.  It's lightweight and compatible with all of the amazing strollers from Combi so together you have an amazing, top of the line travel system. The seat features a 5-point harness with padding, Tru-Safe Anti-Rebound Bar, Tru-Safe Side Impact Protection, EZ Harness Height Adjustment System and an adjustable canopy which helps create a safe and comfortable environment for your child. To top it off, it also features a removable and washable seat cushion and an awesome ergonomic handle to make it the most comfortable choice for parents as well. This car seat has all of the bells and whistles that you would expect from an amazing company like Combi! It is worth every penny of it's suggested $199.99 price tag!

Inertia Infant Car Seat by Baby Trend: Perhaps one of the most innovative infant car seat to ever enter the market, the Inertia is the perfect choice for any new parent who is concerned with properly installing the car seat. Never has the baby market seen such awesome technology that FINALLY makes car seat installation an easy process. The controlled motion base is super cool. It features 4 recline positions and instantly responds to force. My favorite feature on the car seat itself is that it doesn't require harness re-threading as your child grows. This is such a pain with other car seats and I love that you can make adjustments without having the hassle. Watch the YouTube video here and see everything this amazing car seat features! A friend of mine calls this car seat the "Rolls Royce of car seats" and that just about sums it up!

Chicco is one of our favorite baby brands on the market and they did not disappoint with the Chicco KeyFit 30.  Made for babies from 4 to 30 pounds, the KeyFit 30 features energy-absorbing foam for improved side-impact protection. It also includes a removable newborn insert for smaller babies. It has a thickly cushioned seat pad and five-point harness. It also features a spring-assisted level foot, bubble levels and a center-pull adjustment for easy installation.  This technology is really important because it gives parents peace of mind that the car seat is installed correctly. One of the things that I love is the number of color options. You can get so many different color combinations to match just about any vehicle or decor. A must-have for the fashion conscience parents!

The Graco SnugRide 35 has been around now for a few years but the 4th generation is proof that Graco is listening to what parents want. Each time they have improved the SnugRide 35, the car seat has gotten a little bit better and I think with the latest model, they have really hit it out of the park. In addition to the amazing safety features, it also boasts of a lot of comfort features as well.  The well-padded, machine washable cover makes it a great option for parents. Certain models also come with the "Gracopedic" comfort foam and cold weather boot.  This is definitely the car seat I would recommend for parents with smaller babies. The newest generation has fixed the problem of the harness not fitting small infants snugly enough.  You can actually use this seat for babies as small as 4 pounds!

I have been considering the Inertia for awhile now, ever since I saw it come out. I think it's simply fantastic and this just proves it. Now if I can just talk my husband into it too. Hehe

Wow! The seats are outstanding without fail. In my view, we have to buy such kind of accessories by CarSeatExperts in order to be more safe and sound.
