HABA Lilliputiens Line of Toys: Ophelia and Her Chicks

We have been big fans of HABA for many years because of the high quality toys they offer families today and now they are announcing that they will be the exclusive US distributor of Lilliputiens, the land of little wonders. HABA is super proud to re-introduce this line to North American babies and toddlers and we were very excited when Ophelie and her Chicks made their arrival to our doorstep!

Lilliputiens is based in Belgium and its toys are made BY HAND in Asia. Designed by a team of five young and trend-conscious Moms, each toy has its own fun story to tell. Soft materials and disarming characters engender trust while the shapes, colors and noises challenge a child's inquisitive spirit.

Ophelie and her Chicks is a delightful toy that we just can't get enough of. The set comes with Ophelie who is a hand puppet and in her belly comes a soft egg with four chicks. Each of the four chicks are different colors and make different sounds and they each get into the egg through an opening of the corresponding color. The chicks are also finger puppets! This toy encourages role playing, matching colors and using your imagination!

The favorite part in our house has definitely been the egg and the chicks. We always make sure we have this in the diaper bag for road trips because Miss O will spend hours putting the chicks in and out of the egg. It's so super cute!

You must go visit the HABA website and see the full line of Lilliputiens products available. They come in a variety of sets so you can find one that fits your little one's personality and interests as well as your price range.
