The weather outside is starting to change which means we will be spending much more time outdoors in the coming months. I am the kind of person who likes to have the outside of my house looking just as nice as the inside because it's where I spend most of my time in the Summer. I also live in a very competitive neighborhood where it seems that there is a competition going on as to how many times one person can mow their grass in one week. It's hard to keep up with these older retired guys but I am doing a good job of holding my own. The neighbor across the street might have the greenest grass for now, but I definitely have the cleanest and nicest looking sidewalks, driveway, and everything else you can see. Why? Because I just got my hands on one of the "Must Have" products on the market right now, the Ryobi Pressure Washer.
You will rarely see me brag up a product. It has to be a pretty amazing find before I will even bring something like a pressure washer up in a conversation. The Pressure Washer from Ryobi is one of those products. The pressure washer from Ryobi features an easy-start 187 cc GCV190 Honda Gasoline Engine. Its "Idle Down" technology decreases fuel consumption, increases runtime and runs up to 40% quieter when the trigger is released. One of the most notable features that I love is the 5-in-1 nozzle. Most pressure washers have removable attachments to change the way it sprays. The Ryobi pressure washer features a tip that you just turn and it changes to one of the five different stream settings. It also features the 25' PowerFlexTM Ultra Flexible High Pressure Hose and a longer lasting, maintenance-free aluminum head pump.
We bought a house last fall and the back patio area is great but definitely needed a good cleaning. It was in pretty rough shape and washing it down with the regular garden hose just wasn't yielding very good results. I had extremely high hopes that the Ryobi Pressure Washer was going to pull through and do the job but I never could have imagined just how fantastic it would really be.
This is our back patio area before we pressure washed it.
As I started using the pressure washer, I couldn't believe what I was seeing right before my eyes. The bricks were actually a nice red color which really compliments the color of our house. You could see the difference right away and I was blown away.
It didn't take long at all and the result was a beautiful patio area that we can enjoy all Summer long!
After seeing this, I couldn't stop myself. Over the course of the past week, I have pressure washed nearly everything you can think of and family members are now making requests that I make house calls with the Ryobi Pressure Washer so they can see it in action. The below picture is an area off of our back patio. The darker spots is where I had not used the pressure washer yet. The difference to me is just awesome. I still can't believe how well the Ryobi Pressure Washer really does work. I have seen a lot of pressure washers in action and never have I seen one that works like this.
