We are already nearly 2 weeks into Summer vacation here at our house and I'm already starting to hear some of my most dreaded phrases like "I'm bored." and "I don't have anything to do." Kids today just don't know how to play like we used to. I can remember spending every waking second of Summer outside and my Mom would have to practically drag me out of the trees and away from the mud pies to get me inside at dark. Luckily for us, Aeromax sent us one of their cool toys at the perfect time to start busting boredom and encouraging my kids to enjoy the outdoors.
Aeromax started in 1997 with the Aeromax 2000, a tangle-free parachute that is still featured in their logo today. As technology has advanced, so have their toys. Their Jr. Space Explorer is one of the coolest toys I have seen because kids can scan the QR codes with a smart phone or tablet and learn all about the international space station, shuttles and space exploration. Designed for kids ages 3 and older and up to 90 pounds, I cannot imagine a child who wouldn't enjoy this fun toy. One scan shows actual video footage of a shuttle launch, views of Earth and a shuttle landing!!! This can be used as a super fun indoor toy or as an awesome ride-on toy in the pool this Summer!
After the kids get done exploring on the Jr. Space Explorer, they can strap on the Astronaut Space Pack Super Soaking Water Blaster! Kids can shoot their friends with a 30-foot blast of water from the 1-liter space pack which can shoot water in two directions at once. My favorite part about this product is definitely the affordability as it comes in for just over $15!
To go along with this product, they also offer the Fire Power Soaking Fire Hose with Backpack for just over $12. Recommended for ages 5+, Creative Child Magazine awarded this toy its top prize, a 2011 Kids Product of the Year Award! This fire engine-red soaker shoots water over 30 feet with just one pump of the hose.
I saved our favorite product for last. When I showed all of this stuff to my kids, they were most excited about the Aeromax Sky Scrapers. For just under $10, I think this product has brought more enjoyment to my kids over the past 2 weeks than all of our other activities combined. We have a huge open area right behind our backyard (We live right behind our local park) and our kids could not have picked a better toy for their personalities. With a pull of a string, the flying disks soar over 100 feet, all without batteries!!! We received the Sky Scraper and the Sky Scraper Glow Disks Refill Pack which includes 6 neon disks for added fun. Check out this quick video below of the Sky Scraper in action!
