I think it's extremely important to teach your children the importance of fitness and exercise from a young age so that it becomes a regular part of their life. I am always doing some crazy new workouts and my 3 year old loves trying to do them with me so I was really excited when I learned about Move With Me Action Adventures! With Move With Me, kids can enjoy fun exercise while acting out stories through movement all while learning to calm, center and manage their emotions with Adventure Skills. Little one's can ride a rocket, sail a ship and explore the moon and parents can watch their children as they build fitness, focus, motor skills and self-regulation skills that help them be strong, make smart choices and take care of themselves. The program was designed by a group of educators who are also parents and the program is used around the country in both homes and in classrooms.
We received 3 dvd's from the program to review with our 3 year old and to say that they were a big hit would be a huge understatement. He absolutely loves these videos, so much that he even wants to watch them while we are on the go. I love watching him through my rearview mirror in the car as he stretches his little arms up and wiggles them around while imitating the sounds. We are even thinking about getting him the other 6 dvd's for Christmas since he enjoys them so much! This is such a great way to get your kids moving and I love that he is also learning to use his imagination through the stories in the videos.
If you are looking for a great way to get your little one's off the couch and moving around, I would definitely recommend you check out the website and read more about the program. It's recommended for ages 3-7 which is perfect for preschoolers and kindergarteners!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
