I can still remember back in my younger, pre-married days of being a "broke girl." I was newly out of school and living off ramen noodles and peanut butter sandwiches. As I struggled to find a real job, I signed up with a temporary agency that sent me to a variety of different places to work. I was determined that I would do whatever I had to to make money and I could honestly write a humorous book on all of the different jobs I had. At one place I was responsible for putting cheese on frozen burgers as they came down a conveyor belt. At another job, I had to stack boxes of yogurt on pallets at a popular yogurt factory. At yet another place, I had to sort bolts and other parts for an auto manufacturer. I still look back on those days and laugh but am proud that I did what I had to do to eat!!
