2013 was an amazing year for me. I ended up finishing the year 52 pounds lighter than what I started. I still have around 20-25 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal and thanks to a new lifestyle of exercise and clean eating, I am determined to get there no matter how long it takes or how hard the journey is. Clean eating is something that has taken me awhile to grasp the concept of but now that I have been living it for nearly 6 months, it has just become a way of life for me. If God didn't give it to us, I try not to put it into my body and it has resulted in amazing weight loss, energy and a feeling of accomplishment that I so longed for and needed. Ingredients:

Whole Grain Bread
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Dash of Cinnamon

Mix the egg, almond milk and a dash of cinnamon in a bowl. Dip your whole grain bread into the mixture and brown each side in a pan heated on medium with a little coconut or olive oil.
